What you will need
An email address you can receive post at. A personal one is fine — requiring a corporate address would exclude exactly the people the Lab is for, who are often working around their organisation rather than through it.
You will be asked to confirm the address before you get access. That is enough to keep throwaways out, and deliberately not much more than that.
